Rettenmaier & Söhne (JRS) präsentiert ein breites Spektrum von Spreng- und Bindemitteln auf Basis organischer Fasern für tablettierte Waschrohstoffe. Die optimale Lieferform ist in kaum einer anderen Branche von so entscheidender Bedeutung wie in der schnelllebigen Welt der Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel. JRS ermöglicht durch sein breites Dienstleistungsangebot die schnelle Anpassung von Waschrohstoffen an veränderte Marktanforderungen. An Produktionsanlagen stehen hierfür Lösungen zu Umarbeitung von Kundenrohstoffen, wie z. B. Kompaktieren und Extrudieren, Einfärben, Coaten und Einkapseln, Mischen und Zerkleinern, Sieben und Windsichten, Abfüllen und Umfüllen zur Verfügung. Insbesondere zur Entmischungshemmung und beschleunigten Auflösung von Tabletten ist die Herstellung vorkompaktierter Compounds von hoher Rieselfähigkeit sinnvoll. Inline können verschiedenen Rohstoffe gemischt, granuliert und eingefärbt werden. Durch Zugabe geeigneter Additive, also hoch bzw. nicht schmelzender Waschrohstoffe in Pulverform oder der von JRS angebotenen organischen Bindern, lassen sich auch schwierige Rohstoffe einfach in rieselfähige Feststoff-Formulationen umwandeln. |
