Awards
SEPAWA e.V.’s aims are to promote the detergents/cleansers, cosmetics and fragrance industry. Within the organization specifically young scientists are supported. Therefore, special achievements and developments are awarded and rewarded during the annual SEPAWA CONGRESS.
SEPAWA e.V. shall present three innovation awards each in the fields of Home Care and Personal Care in October every year. These awards are intended to encourage companies from the detergents/cleansers, cosmetics and fragrance industries to develop innovations, implement them and make them accessible to consumers. The awards are meant to give an impetus to active management of ideas in companies.
New this year: The top 30 submissions will be showcased on display pillars in a dedicated Innovation Zone. The winners will then be selected from these finalists.

Award Ceremony: Thursday, October 15, 2026, after the keynote speech in the Europa Hall
SEPAWA e.V. has set up a program in order to further the advancement of junior scientists in the particular fields related to the association. Up to eight awards will be granted to excellent junior scientists.

Award Ceremony: Thursday, 15 October 2026 during the keynote address in the Auditorium
The Division of Detergent Chemistry of the German Chemical Society (GDCh) offers up to three Young Scientist Awards per year, to honor each outstanding bachelor thesis, one master thesis and one dissertation, respectively, with particular relevance to the development of detergents and cleaning agents.

The German Society of Perfumers (DGP) in SEPAWA e.V. has launched a program to specifically promote young scientific and creative talent in its field.
The sponsorship prize, endowed with 2,000 euros, which was previously only awarded to young scientists, was offered as a creative prize for the first time in 2025.
The German Society of Perfumers is delighted to present the “German Award for Young Perfumers” – a prize for the craft of creative perfumery. We invite you to create freely,
