The SEPAWA CONGRESS 2026 will take place from October 14 – 16, 2026 at the Estrel Hotel Berlin.

On-site, there are various food stations offering a wide selection of food and beverages. Catering is included in the ticket for all congress participants.
Yes, vegetarian and vegan dishes are offered, and gluten-free options are partially available. We recommend asking at the food stations on-site if you have specific dietary restrictions.
No, the SEPAWA Congress is a professional event, and entry is only permitted for persons aged 18 and over. For exceptions, please fill out the following form and return it to us.
Yes, there are several networking lounges available where you can connect and exchange ideas with other participants.
Yes, there is an Early Bird Ticket available at a reduced price.
The Early Bird deadline is October 1, 2026.
All ticket types include complimentary food and beverages during the congress.
Yes, changes are possible as long as the registration has not yet been paid. Please contact our event team at eventsregistration@sofw.com. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days after payment.
Once payment has been completed, your badge will be sent to the email address you provided.
Yes, that would be perfect and will help reduce waiting time on-site.
Alternatively, you can print your badge at the Self-Printing Station on-site.

Yes, on-site payment is possible. However, we recommend completing your payment in advance to save time.
A change is only possible for the pro forma invoice. Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the final invoice has been issued.
The Estrel Berlin is easily accessible thanks to its excellent transport connections – whether you’re arriving by car or public transport.

Yes, the Estrel Berlin is fully accessible for people with disabilities.
There are lectures in both German and English. All sessions are simultaneously translated, so you can follow every presentation.
Scientific lectures: approximately 30 minutes
Forum lectures: approximately 15 minutes
Keynote speakers: approximately 1 hour
Yes, there are poster and presentation sessions where participants can exchange ideas and information. Dates and times will be announced soon.
No, the lectures will not be recorded.

Yes, there are two evening events:
- Wednesday, October 14, 2026 – Get Together
- Location: Foyer 3, Estrel Hotel Berlin
- Time: 18:00 – 19:30
- Participation: free for all congress participants
- Description: Experience an incomparable gathering where networking, enjoyment and conviviality take center stage. Greet the evening with a welcome drink and enjoy delicious canapés. The event offers the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues and make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
- Thursday, October 15, 2026 – After Event
- Location: Arena Berlin (approximately 15 minutes by car from the Estrel Hotel)
- Time: from 19:00
- Participation: separate ticket required
- Description: Enjoy an exclusive experience with culinary highlights, live music, dancing and entertainment. The Innovation Awards will be presented at the beginning of the evening to recognize outstanding achievements. Star guests and a unique ambience make the After Event an unforgettable evening full of enjoyment, party and glamor.
- Shuttle service: Buses have been organized from the Estrel Hotel to Arena Berlin for convenient arrival and departure.

Yes, for startups (max. 5 years old) there are small booths in a dedicated area. The price is € 1,200.
Yes, using your own exhibition company is possible. All documents and dimensioned drawings must be submitted by August 1, 2026 for approval.
- Setup: Tuesday, October 13, 2026
- Unfurnished booths: 14:00
- Furnished booths: 16:00
- End of setup: 20:00 on the same day
- Dismantling: Friday, October 16, 2026
- Exhibitors: 13:00 – 14:00
- External exhibition companies: until 20:00
Please note: All exhibition and promotional materials must be removed so the exhibition company can begin dismantling.
Ensure that your booth is ready on time, safety regulations are followed, and packaging waste is disposed of correctly.
A €100 deposit is required for loading/unloading at Convention Hall II:
- Gate 1: vehicles up to 3.90 m height
- Gate 2: Jumbo trailers 3.90–4.10 m height
Allowed duration:
- Car/van: 1 hour
- Trucks up to 20 t: 1.5 hours
- Trucks over 20 t: 2 hours
The deposit will be refunded upon departure if the loading/unloading times are observed.
Paid parking is available at the Estrel Hotel (approx. €22/day).

Yes, all registered participants are insured during the entire congress, including setup and dismantling times.
No prior registration is required for setup, the insurance coverage still applies.

Yes, the organization team is available on-site during the congress.
You can find us in Room 5 and at the registration in the Rotunda.
You can edit your free company entry in the exhibitor portal under “Company Entry.” Please first set it to “offline” so that you can change the fields. Then save and publish.
